Juanita Rocha, RDA

My name is Juanita Rocha, I was born in Texas and raised in California where I first stepped foot into the dental field not knowing how much I would gain and grow as a professional. I have three decades of experience in the Dental field, working under the same office, and gaining knowledge in many areas. Moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 1995 only propelled me into a greater view of my future. This is where I was able to really focus and start my career as a dental assistant and started working for A-McDowell Dental; where I stayed until the doctor retired.

 I was given many great opportunities to learn and expand my skills and was able to use them to not only better myself as an assistant but also to grow in my field of work. Being at A-McDowell Dental, allowed me to work with multiple Doctors and learn early on how diverse each person is regardless of the same profession. I’ve always enjoyed helping others with as much as humanly possible to me and seeing the positive change and satisfaction that my work brings to people’s faces. The joy of being told that I help better someone’s life is always a great feeling of success and joy.



After only a couple of years assisting, I was seen as capable of managing the office and that is when I accepted a challenge that I will never regret. This opened a wonderful world of opportunities that I could only imagine. You are now hearing from the Manager of Healing Dentistry, formerly A-McDowell Dental, who among assisting and managing is blessed enough to also be certified with phlebotomy and PRP training. I hope and look forward to always growing and changing lives one smile at a time.
